Assistant Manager- P&C Insurance

We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager/ Management Trainee – P&C Insurance 

In this role, you will be responsible for Resource should have worked in Insurance vertical with P&C operations. 

Responsibilities 

• Develop teams and service level targets. Providing mentorship to direct reports, comprised of Domain Experts and Assistant managers. 
• Leading weekly/monthly/quarterly discussions on operations with partners 
• Understanding of risks faced by the function and the controls in place to manage and mitigate the risks 
• Ensuring transparency around priorities and goals for the entire functional area 
• Ability to build positive team works across business and technical communities 
• Participates on process improvement initiatives for business divisions 
• Develop contingency strategies and plans for staffing changes 
• Manages FTE’s levels based on budget requirements & direction provided 
• Provide various timely reporting on production, overtime, FTE’s, savings etc using MS-Excel 
• Responsible for proactive hiring projections and churn mechanism 

Qualifications we seek in you 

Minimum qualifications 

• Graduate from a recognized university except Technical 
• Team leading/people management experience

• Excellent analytical skills 
• P&C Insurance knowledge 
• Ability to multi task and prioritize activities 
• Ability to work independently and highly motivated and achievement oriented 
• Transition and operations set up experience 
• Ability to think long-term strategically and operationally 
• High customer service orientation. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with full understanding of insurance 
• Strong statistical knowledge
