As part of the Workday Project Manager, you deliver Workday project management experience. As a manager you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

As a manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Genpact Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery of workday solutions across multiple stakeholder teams and projects at a given time. Assist stakeholders in translating business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Deliver specific system processes, including configuration, documentation, testing and security collaborating with relevant stakeholders (i.e., Finance, Legal, Business HR, Staffing, Corporate Engineering).
• Provide Workday expertise and configuration development for implementing new features to internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Continue to develop and share a deep understanding of Workday global business processes in order to predict downstream implications of issues and system changes and allow for effective troubleshooting.
• Manage resolution of user inquiries, questions, and problems, auditing of process data, analysis and resolution of problems and special cases, training and communication with operations, HR business partners and other stakeholders.
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm's/client's expectations.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
• Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients.

Qualifications we seek in you!

• Experience managing or consulting in an enterprise SaaS HCM system.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Absence, or Integrations.
• Good experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.
