Senior Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Marketing Strategy Development:
  
• Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends relevant to hydraulic cylinders or manufacturing industries.

• Client Relationship Management:
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Act as a liaison between the company and clients to understand their requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Lead Generation & Conversion:
  
• Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels.
• Drive sales and marketing alignment by ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Education: Graduate in Marketing or related field.

• Experience:
• Proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with hydraulic or engineering products will be an added advantage.

• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative problem-solver with analytical thinking.

• Other Requirements:
• Willingness to travel within and outside Tamil Nadu as required.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
