We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Consultant to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level SAP support and implementation services, focusing on production planning, quality management, and integrated business planning processes. The role involves working closely with onshore teams, understanding client requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP PP (Production Planning):
  • Configure and optimize SAP PP module to support production planning and scheduling processes.
  • Assist in BOM (Bill of Materials), routing, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Support production execution, capacity planning, and shop floor control activities.
• SAP QM (Quality Management):
  • Configure and manage quality inspection, notification, and control processes.
  • Design and implement quality planning and compliance strategies.
  • Ensure integration of QM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning):
  • Implement and support SAP IBP modules such as demand planning, supply planning, and sales & operations planning.
  • Develop forecasting models and scenarios to optimize supply chain planning.
  • Ensure integration between SAP IBP and other SAP ERP modules for seamless data flow.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional and technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Maintain strong communication with onshore teams to align project objectives and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules.
  • 3+ years of experience with SAP IBP implementation and support.

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP integration points with other modules (MM, SD, WM, etc.).
  • Experience in customizing and configuring SAP solutions based on business needs.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori apps for PP, QM, and IBP.
  • Knowledge of advanced planning tools and data migration strategies.

• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in SAP PP, QM, or IBP modules.
• Experience in the Pharma or Manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications: Education:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
