Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, customer-oriented individual to join our Customer Support team. If you have a background in BPO customer service or are a fresh graduate, with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Hindi, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related issues.
• Provide solutions to customer concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide feedback to the management team to improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

• Experience 0 - 2 years in a BPO/customer service role OR a Graduate / Undergraduate with a passion for customer support.
• Proficiency in both English and Any Language(spoken and written).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM systems or customer support software.
• Previous experience in a customer support or call center environment.
