- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

• Onboarding and offboarding
• Maintenance in HR information systems (HRIS).
• Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Maintain accurate records and files to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Proven experience in HR operations i.e. payroll, appraisal, leave management, labour compliance.
• Ensure proper implementation and smooth functioning of the HR framework and policies.
• To participate in the project like On boarding, personal file Management, Background verification to reduce transaction, savings cost and meeting the objective.
• Must have managed end to end HR lifecycle for minimum 300+ employees.
• Should be highly process oriented, having eye for details & having.
• Should be good in Excel report & PPT.
• Should have good in conducting inductions.
• Should be good at doing joining formalities.
• Thrust to create best in class HR systems.
• Should be good in payroll processing, must have worked on PF/ESI/Min wages (Statutory compliance).
• Good communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Must be capable to work under pressure, creating win-win situation.
