Roles and Responsibilities
1. Mandate to have experience with MIS & BI tools and systems.
2. Must have >2 year of experience in data-specific roles.
3. Grip over data analytics
4. To have good hands on data experience.
5. Good at Power BI & Excel reports
6. Good communication skills
7. Minimum 1 to 1.5 year experience in transition and MIS functions
8. Relevant knowledge of the domain and tools
9. Certifications in power BI and other relevant tools
10. Should be able to handle clients and stakeholders
11. Team management skills
Job Description
1. Minimum 2 years experience in relevant profile
2.Monitoring performance, productivity report and share feedback to help improve performance
over time
3.Ensure the reports are accurate and sent in timely manner
4.Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and
consistency
5.Identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness
6.Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills
7. Knowledge on BPO sector operations and reports, WFM or MIS relevancy
8. Power BI Report development.
9. Analyzing client and internal needs and serve the model.
10. Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI.
11. Good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams.
