• Job Title: Oracle ERP Migration Consultant
• Budget: 15-20 LPA Max
• Location: Genesis Office, Hyderabad (Hybrid Initially in-office for a couple of months, then remote)
• Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days (Candidate should be in notice period)

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Migration Consultant to lead the consolidation and migration of multiple ERP systems into Oracle ERP 12.1.3 for our client, OSG. This role involves working across multiple locations (print facilities), each currently using different tools for Inventory Management and Billing (ERP). The consultant will play a key role in migrating data, configuring Oracle ERP, and ensuring seamless integration for each plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute ERP migration projects, consolidating multiple systems into Oracle ERP 12.1.3.
• Understand and analyze existing ERP systems and design migration strategies into Oracle ERP.
• Work with cross-functional teams to extract, map, transform, and load data from legacy ERP systems to Oracle ERP.
• Configure Oracle Inventory Management and Billing modules as per plant-specific requirements.
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and accuracy throughout the migration process.
• Utilize Oracle Data Loading tools to migrate and integrate data efficiently.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and customize Oracle ERP accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop documentation, user training materials, and provide post-migration support.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and plant operations to streamline ERP functionalities across locations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP migration projects with a focus on Oracle ERP 12.1.3.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP data structures, definitions, and functional modules.
• Expertise in Inventory Management and Billing systems within Oracle ERP.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Proficiency in Oracle Data Loading tools (SQL Loader, FBDI, ADFDI, etc.).
• Knowledge of ERP system configuration, customizations, and integrations.
• Strong analytical skills to map legacy ERP structures to Oracle ERP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-location project environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multi-plant ERP implementations and migrations.
• Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle Fusion is a plus.
• Understanding of business processes in manufacturing, inventory, and billing domains.
