Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and hands-on experience with Sales and Service Cloud. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and other relevant tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Implement, configure, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities to meet business needs.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all development and integration activities.
• Optimize existing Salesforce applications and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through effective Salesforce configuration and management.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, platform updates, and new features.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
