Tele Sales Executive - Female Candidates only

The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, initiating outbound calls, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate calls to potential customers from lead lists, databases, or new leads provided by the sales team.

• Product Knowledge: Provide information to prospects about the products or services being offered, highlight their benefits, and answer any questions they may have.

• Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch products/services to prospects, overcoming objections, and converting calls into sales or appointments for the field sales team.

• Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and interest level, ensuring they are a good match for the company's offerings.

• CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is current.

• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Follow-up Calls: Perform follow-up calls to nurture leads, close sales, or schedule demonstrations/meetings.

• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide post-sale assistance when necessary.

• Report Sales Activity: Provide daily or weekly reports to the sales manager, summarizing calls made, sales achieved, and pipeline status.

• Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and prospects to help improve products, services, or sales strategies.
