Senior Manager - Legal & Secretarial - Automobile/Tyres (8-10 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Drafting and reviewing various kinds of agreements.

- To handle and co-ordinate on legal matters and litigation in relation to India Operations.

- Support on business advisory and interpretive issues.

- Support on Intellectual property matters.

- To contribute on various legal and compliance related projects.

- Legal and compliance MIS

Qualifications and experience:

- 12 years of relevant work experience, in a manufacturing

- Experience in drafting and negotiation of agreements.

- Exposure to international Contracting and handling cross jurisdictional legal advisory.

- Exposure to review of Banking and funding documents

- Experience in dealing with courts and external lawyers.

- Experience in data privacy.
