Content Creator & Website Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Content Creation:
• Write articles, infographics, and other engaging content for the website, internal communications, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all content is aligned with the companys tone, style, and brand guidelines.
• Content Optimization:
• Optimize content using SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
• Follow style guides to produce relevant and user-friendly content.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with designers and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and impactful content.
• Coordinate with the external website management agency for seamless operations.
• Website Management:
• Ensure the websites content is always up-to-date and relevant.
• Manage website updates and improvements in collaboration with the external agency.
• Content Strategy Development:
• Develop a content strategy that aligns with the companys goals and resonates with the target audience.
• Monitor the performance of content and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation, SEO optimization, and website management (1-2 years preferred).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
