Hiring Equity Dealers

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Equity Dealer to join our team. The role involves executing equity trades on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with market regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity markets, risk management, and trading strategies. They should also possess excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and provide market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute buy and sell orders for equities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor stock market movements and provide clients with real-time updates.
• Manage client portfolios by offering trading advice based on market trends and research.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal risk policies, and trading limits.
• Maintain records of executed trades and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with research analysts to understand market dynamics and trading opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trading volumes.
• Stay updated on financial news, economic data, and market conditions.
• Work closely with the risk management team to monitor portfolio exposures.
• Provide post-trade analysis and assist clients with trade settlements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• NISM 8 Certification is a mandatory.
• 3 - 7years of experience in equity trading or broking.
• In-depth knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick trading decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Proficiency in trading software and tools (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, NSE/BSE trading terminals).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Understanding of derivatives, options, and other financial instruments.
