Lead Financial Analyst

Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support Monthly management reporting processes, including various Standard reports, Forecast & Budget consolidation Bowlers, Daily pacing.
• Corporate submissions and preparation of review meeting decks for Senior management
• Support in building commentaries for Budget and Forecasting cycles
• Support HQ projects and other FP&A initiatives
• Deliver timely information, insights, and forecasting
• Identifying opportunities to streamline financial planning and analysis processes.
• Build positive relationships with senior partners, providing timely reporting and strategic planning support
• Build accurate forecasts based on trends and partner information and deliver timely information, insights, and forecasting
• Partner with various finance team including BU FP&A and Controllership for smooth closing of books.

Key Skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software. Hyperion is preferred
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
