Java Tech Lead

Position Summary
This Java Tech Lead will be part of our core engineering team. This team builds apps and solutions while maintaining the best security and reliability practices. You will not only code and build these solutions but help in their design and development through research and pilot testing new concepts.

Experience And Required Skill Sets
- At 5+ years of Java development experience with a strong understanding ofJava core and Data Structures.
- Hands-on expertise with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and guide teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Java Maven build tool for project management.
- Develop, test, and deploy Java-based software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Good to Have
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD integration.
- Familiarity in cloud-native technologies and experience with AWS services.

Education
- Bachelors degree or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
