REQUIRED SKILL SETS
- Experience in designing, implementing, testing and debugging Python applications
- Hands-on experience of using python libraries - Pandas, Numpy etc.
- Proficiency in managing SQL-based database systems is essential
- Practical experience with at least one Python framework is required, such as Flask,
Django, FastAPI, etc.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL is must.
- Experience working on Linux Based infrastructure
- Experience in working with distributed version control systems along with CI/CD
pipelines such as GIT is a must
- Proficient in effectively engaging with clients and adept at managing communication
- Agile Software Development and Management methods and ability to excel within an
Agile environment (i.e. user stories, iterative development, continuous integration,
continuous delivery, shared ownership, test-driven development, etc.) GOOD TO HAVE
1 Familiarity with Snowflake would be advantageous
2 Experience with financial markets, modeling, and relevant technology/tools is
advantageous.
3 Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, bootstrap or any one
framework such as React, Angular etc. is good to have
4 Hands-on experience of working with cloud-based infrastructures such as AWS and Azure
QUALIFICATIONS
1 Substantial hands-on experience spanning 4 to 6 years in Python development.
2 Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
or another related field
