Gemini Solutions - ETL Lead - SQL/Data Warehousing (8-10 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ETL Developer with a strong background in Informatica and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or other similar technologies.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration workflows and ensuring data quality and reliability.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS :

- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Informatica to extract, transform, and load data from various data sources.

- Work with NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB, to design and manage data structures that support business needs.

- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient ETL solutions.

- Optimize ETL workflows for performance and scalability.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the ETL lifecycle.

- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to maintain a high level of performance and reliability.

- Document data mappings, workflows, and processes for reference and knowledge sharing.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging tools/technologies in ETL and data management.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in ETL development with a focus on Informatica.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases (e.g , Cassandra, Couchbase, etc.

- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience in scripting languages (e.g , Python, Shell scripting) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Skills :

- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data integration patterns.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g , AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting frameworks.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree or master's in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field.
