Data / Solution Architect

POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Solutions/Data Architect to join our team. You will be
responsible for designing scalable architectures, leading software and data solutions from
concept to deployment, and ensuring project success within an agile framework. Your role
will also involve aligning technical solutions with business goals, creating project
documentation, and mentoring the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable software and data architectures; lead handson coding, integration, and deployment.
Project Management: Define project vision, create roadmaps, and manage projects from inception
to delivery, including documentation and stakeholder communication.
Agile Leadership: Facilitate agile practices, ensuring efficient, high-quality product delivery.
Consultation: Advise on technology choices, architecture designs, and data solutions; engage with
stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
Mentorship: Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience: 12+ years in software or data solution development, architecture design, and
project leadership, with a strong track record in building complex systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in software/data architecture, multiple programming languages (Java, Python),
and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experienced with microservices, DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and
communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.
