Full Stack Developer

Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing both the front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and a great user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge software solutions that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Application Development:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications with both client-side (front-end) and server-side (back-end) technologies.
Build reusable, scalable, and efficient code for both front-end and back-end systems.
Work on developing RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components, ensuring smooth data flow and consistent UI updates.
Front-End Development:
Develop responsive and interactive web applications using modern front-end technologies like React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frameworks.
Implement responsive design techniques to ensure an optimal experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Work with design teams to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, pixel-perfect web pages.
Back-End Development:
Design and develop back-end architecture using Node.js, Java, or other relevant technologies.
Build and maintain databases, including SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.) systems.
Write server-side logic, manage authentication and authorization, and ensure database performance and security.
API Development & Integration:
Develop and consume APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) for integration with third-party services and systems.
Ensure proper error handling, authentication, and data validation for API requests.
Collaboration & Code Reviews:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, etc.) to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices and industry standards.
Work in an agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint retrospectives.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of the application.
Ensure the application is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
Deployment & Maintenance:
Manage and deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) or on-premise servers.
Ensure proper CI/CD pipelines are in place for seamless code deployment and updates.
Monitor application performance and resolve issues as they arise.
Continuous Learning & Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
Identify and implement improvements to the development process, codebase, and software architecture.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, working on both front-end and back-end technologies.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), and experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Experience with back-end frameworks such as Node.js
Proficiency in working with both relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with collaborative workflows (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
Experience with RESTful APIs and web services, and understanding of GraphQL is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Bachelors degree or masters in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering
