Administration Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Support manufacturing activities including ERP Activities
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain proper segregation of materials.
• Generate purchase orders for raw materials and invoices for Finished Goods.
• Closely monitor supplier delivery schedules and routinely communicate with vendors to expedite deliveries when needed to ensure material availability.
• Receive and reconcile deliveries against purchase orders. Complete documentation and transactions in the ERP system.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of administrative experience
• Prior experience in manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
