ISO Facilitator

Key Accountabilities

• ISO Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to ISO standards.
• Documentation: Maintain and update ISO documentation
• Including procedures: Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they align with current ISO standards.
• Work instructions: Create detailed work instructions that provide step-by-step guidance for various processes, ensuring clarity and compliance
• Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality-related activities, including audit reports, training logs, and corrective action reports
• Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on ISO standards and procedures.
• Audits: Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal and external ISO audits.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the QMS and implement corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on the status of the QMS to management

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualification : Any Bachelors degree or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years experience in ISO standards implementation and quality management systems.
