Dietician

Geetanjali Medical Collage and Hospital is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Dietician to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the nutritional needs of patients and develop customized meal plans to support their medical treatment and recovery.
• Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients, families, and hospital staff on healthy eating habits, disease prevention, and therapeutic diets.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate dietary requirements for patients with specific conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, or obesity.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans based on individual response and medical changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and document dietary recommendations and interventions.
• Plan and implement nutritional programs for both inpatients and outpatients.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Dietetics and Nutrition.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of nutrition and dietetics principles.
• Proficient in nutritional assessment tools and software.
• Ability to design and implement specialized diet plans based on medical conditions.
