We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Research MIPDS Manager to lead research efforts and provide strategic insights that drive business decisions.

This role focuses on Market Insights, Product Development, and Strategy (MIPDS) to ensure the organization stays ahead in a competitive landscape.

The Research MIPDS Manager will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior to guide product development and overall business strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Conduct in-depth research and gather data from diverse sources, including industry reports, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Lead data mining efforts to identify actionable insights for market growth and product innovation.

- Utilize advanced market research and competitive intelligence tools like SEMrush, Tableau, and SPSS for data collection and analysis.

- Analyse data to identify trends, draw insights, and provide recommendations that align with organizational goals.

- Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish research objectives and align them with business priorities.

- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform research methodologies and business strategies.

- Manage and maintain databases and tracking systems for seamless research operations.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related domain.

- Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS, SAS, or R and advanced Excel skills.

- Deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

- Expertise in using tools like SEMrush, Tableau, and other competitive intelligence platforms.

- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and the capability to interpret complex data.

- Exceptional communication skills to present insights clearly and effectively.

- Proven ability to lead multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines independently
