Job Title: Graphic Designer/ Sr. Graphic Designer

Location: Noida, India (WFO)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer with 6+ years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, excellent knowledge of design tools, and the ability to conceptualize and execute creative projects that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design creative visuals for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
2. Understanding of social media and print design requirements and trends.
3. Ability to manage and organize assets using cloud-based tools.
4. Conduct creative research, stay updated with industry trends, and bring innovative ideas to the team.
5. Retouching and editing photography
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. Work on motion graphics and video editing when required.
8. Conduct creative research, stay updated with industry trends, and bring innovative ideas to the team.
9. Being organized and proactive, supporting the digital and marketing team in meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high standards

Required skills and qualifications

1. Meticulous attention to design detail with typography and layout skills.
2. Minimum 6 to 8 years of experiences.
3. Proficient in Adobe CCs Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
4. Ability to create infographics/data-visuals to tell data-driven visual stories
5. Ability to work from branding guidelines
6. Strong attention to detail with an ability to work at a fast pace
7. Team Player
8. Motivated and self-driven and comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic environment
9. An excellent portfolio

Desirable skills and qualifications

1. Illustration and Motion Graphics skills
2. Basic animation skills using After Effects
3. PPT Design
