Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team and help shape the future of energy management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX design process from concept to delivery ensuring a user-centered approach throughout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs business goals and technical constraints.
• Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Advocate for best practices in UX design and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in UX design.

Here what you will bring:

Education.

Bachelor degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.

Experience.

• 5+ years of work experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in UI/UX with a B2B/B2C product company with an emphasis on creating rich user experiences.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in UX design tools (e. g. Sketch Figma Adobe XD).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
