- Key missions of the position: (TEAM LEADER)
- Drive Manufacturing team to achieve established targets of daily production plan and OTD.
- Maintain high product quality and manufacturing yield while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherences to best safety practices.
- Monitor metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess productivity and inventory management
- Hire, coach, lead and develop Manufacturing team members in line to production requirement.
- Proficient in implementation and continued adherence to Lean manufacturing and 6S initiatives.
- Adherence to Production SOP and Quality standards.
- Complete employee reviews on time and provide proper guidance to all production personnel according to the employee handbook and approved procedures.
