• Resolve Technical complains quickly and effectively within given SLA
• Good communication and listing skills, ability to explain complex information clearly and simple manner
• A good combination of product and Technical Service knowledge with interpersonal skills
• Report on specific issues to reporting managers and audit committee.
• Performance based promotions and scope for growth for performing employees.

SALARY
