- The primary role of a Junior Research Fellow is to assist in research activities under the guidance of a Principal Investigator (PI) or a senior researcher

- Proposal Writing: Contribute to writing research proposals to secure funding for future projects
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other researchers and team members to share knowledge and insights
