Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, incorporating Montessori methods.
  
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
  
• Develop strong relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and assess student progress.
  
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience as a Pre Primary Teacher or related field (Nursery/Preschool).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) from an accredited institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of phonics, early childhood education principles, and Montessori methodology.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective parent-teacher interactions.
