Curriculum Development: Create and develop training materials, curriculum, and resources for patient relations associate training programs
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for patient relations associates to impart knowledge and skills related to patient communication, empathy, and service excellence
Communication Skills: Focus on teaching effective communication skills, active listening, and empathy to ensure that associates can interact with patients in a compassionate and understanding manner
Conflict Resolution: Provide training on handling difficult situations, patient complaints, and conflict resolution to manage and resolve issues effectively
Patient Advocacy: Educate associates about patient rights, advocacy, and the importance of ensuring a positive patient experience
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that associates are aware of and compliant with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and institutional policies
Customer Service Training: Teach the principles of exceptional customer service, including responsiveness, professionalism, and exceeding patient expectations
Feedback and Evaluation: Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees to help them improve their patient relations skills
