Investment Banking Analyst

Academic / Professional qualifications:

- Preferably post-graduation in business / economics or healthcare related field or Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

- Certification in finance desirable.

Work experience and skills:

- Preferably couple of years of work experience in investment banking / consulting or alternatively experience involving sufficient exposure to business finance.

- Healthcare industry exposure is desirable.

- Experience in doing business research & extracting data from various sources and generating insights.

- Ability to derive market size for various industries / applications.

- Good understanding of finance & accounting concepts and ability to interpret and analyze financial statements.

- Ability to build three statement financial model, DCF model, transfer pricing models & scenario planning in excel.

- Excellent proficiency in analyzing pivot tables & application of various formulas for sorting, classification, financial calculation & analysis.

- Ability to create succinct & meaningful PowerPoint presentations in the form of teasers, information memorandums & client reports.

- Excellent client handling skills and ability to deliver on time & simultaneously work on multiple projects.

- Good oral & written communication & a positive personality.
