• Medical Device Design and Development: Biomedical engineers design and develop medical devices and equipment used in diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients
• This includes designing prosthetics, implants, medical imaging systems, diagnostic instruments, and wearable devices
• Research and Innovation: Biomedical engineers conduct research to explore new technologies and techniques for advancing healthcare
• This involves studying biological systems, analyzing data, and developing innovative solutions to improve medical treatments and outcomes
