Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee Construction Sites: Manage and supervise daily site activities. Ensure work progress aligns with project plans and schedules. Coordinate with upper management and provide regular progress updates.
2. Site Coordination & Travel: Manage multiple construction sites simultaneously. Travel between sites to monitor progress and resolve on-ground challenges. Ensure resource availability, workforce management, and adherence to budget constraints.
3. Technical Supervision: Ensure structural designs and materials comply with project requirements. Conduct inspections to maintain construction quality and safety standards. Identify and resolve technical issues on-site.
4. Report & Schedule Management: Prepare reports on project status, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Develop schedules for raw material procurement and workforce shifts. Maintain documentation to ensure project transparency.
5. Ensure Safety Protocols: Enforce site safety regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular safety inspections to minimize hazards. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and project management.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
