Job Title: Business Development Manager (Domestic Digital Marketing)
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our domestic digital marketing services.
- This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the domestic market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key industry trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital marketing services.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and explore new market segments and service offerings within the domestic market.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key industry trends and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Provide regular updates to clients on campaign performance and progress.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure successful client delivery.
- Share best practices and knowledge with the team to enhance overall sales performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-4 years of proven experience in a business development or sales role within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales automation tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of specific industry verticals.
