Description

We are seeking an experienced Intune and SCCM Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) environments. Your primary focus will be on packaging software applications, ensuring seamless deployment, and maintaining effective patch management processes. You will work closely with other IT professionals to enhance our device management strategies and provide top-notch support to end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both application packaging and patch management, alongside a deep understanding of system security and compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage and support Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments for software deployment and configuration management.

Design, create, and maintain application packages for deployment via Intune and SCCM.

Implement and manage patch management processes for Microsoft and third-party applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software deployment and configurations.

Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.

Monitor and report on application deployment status and system performance metrics.

Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff regarding Intune and SCCM functionalities.

Requirements

Proven experience working with Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

Strong expertise in application packaging and deployment methodologies.

Hands-on experience with patch management for operating systems and third-party applications.

Knowledge of Windows operating systems and enterprise application delivery.

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks.

Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
