Job Description:

You will be working closely withcross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, QA, and Supportto develop and deliver technical documentation for DDI products. You must beable to analyze, structure, and communicate complex product information in aconcise and intuitive manner for the target audiences. You will also be chargedwith investigating and adopting new technology and tools to improve thecreation and delivery of customer-facing documentation for SaaS (Software as aService) and DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) products.

What you ll do:

Learn ... products and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for creating and delivering customer-facing documentation.

Review and analyze product documents and specifications; and communicate with stakeholders to gather product information.

Work closely with Product Management, Development, QA, and Support to drive the creation and production of technical information for installation, administration, CLI, API, online help, and release notes.

Create documentation plans and project schedules.

Create accurate and concise documentation and act as the Information Architect in structuring the information in a logical manner for target audiences, so they can access the information in a timely manner.

Create illustrations and workflow diagrams to communicate complex information.

Use company supported tools to maintain source files, project schedules, and other relevant information.

Manage documentation reviews and integrate review comments.

Prepare, produce, and deliver final documentation for posting on the ... Documentation Portal.

What you ll bring:

High proficiency in both written and verbal English; strong editing skills.

Experience with Confluence Cloud, Draw.io, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.

Experience with single sourcing and source control systems.

Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret product information and engineering data and transcribe them in a concise and comprehensible manner.
