Job Description
- Estimate, manage, plan, and monitor the MEP aspects of construction project.
- Supervise and control of all MEP maintainance operations on daily basis for smooth functioning and reporting to all stakeholders.
- Prepare bar charts for all building services like Electrical HVAC, Fire fighting and PHE.
- Schedules of the project services, Access control and security systems, PNG/ LPG systems etc.
- Preparing building wise schedules for quantities and materials.
- Necessary co ordination with all relevant departments in the Head office.
- Provide estimate of cabling work / layout and give requirement of cables.
- Checking material specification.
- Ensuring smooth project closure activities like surplus material, resources reconciliation, commissioning certificate contractor retention money etc.
