Schedule and coordinate US field service engineers for all installations, billable and warranty service field visits.
Keep in communication with US FSE s to ensure that schedules are maintained and resources are used optimally.
Respond to customer requests for onsite service, installations, system moves, billable and warranty service. Issue quotes and process orders.
Manage Customer Service Representatives - oversee CSR s order entry procedures.
Service CRM administration, providing data analysis and metrics to VP of Service as needed. Assistance in implementation of new CRM.
Manage PMP sales - oversee maintaining contract penetration levels, implement sales strategies and maintain records of PMP sales. Schedule PMP visits as requested and as time resources permit.
Provide admin support to VP Service and US Service managers as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have the ability follow established processes
Well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.
Intermediate Excel User (know vlookups, pivot tables)
Willingness to take on new responsibilities and challenges
Ability to utilize interpersonal and communication techniques, working in a team environment, and dealing with a wide variety of personalities and communication styles
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent experience required
