Role & responsibilities
Manager - Financial Analysis & Transaction Advisory
- Handle financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction advisory.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports for financial decision-making.
- Conduct financial modeling and business analysis.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Chartered Accountants/ Chartered Financial Analyst
- Strong analytical & financial skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & financial reporting
- Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
- Presentation skills
