Roles and Responsibilities

• To teach subjects like English/ Mathematics/ Science/ Social Science/ Hindi in Middle Section (Grade 5 to 8) and educate students according to guidelines provided by the National Curriculum Framework under the overall guidance of the competent education authority
• To teach and educate students according to the educational needs, abilities and attainment potential of individual students entrusted to his/her care by the Head of School or Co-ordinator
• Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class
• Develops schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures
• Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress, development & other data
• Classroom Management, Student Management
• Candidates must be Graduates. Additional degree like B.Ed., D.El.Ed., ECCE, DECE would have an added advantage.
• Develop the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children.
• Teachers with a primary teaching experience, creating or the use of innovative teaching methods, international curriculum etc. will be preferred.
• Ensure high-quality delivery in schools.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidate should have good communication skills in English.
• Organising and supervising Play and work activities.
• Candidate should have experience teaching Pre Primary classes.
• B.A. / B.Sc./B.Com. & Diploma in Elementary Education OR B.Ed.
• Candidates having experience in CBSE Board classes will be preferred.
• The Job requires an enthusiastic, imaginative and energetic individual capable of gaining the full potential out of children.
