Business Analyst (3-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.

- Utilize project management tools like Jira to track and manage project progress.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Conduct data analysis using RDBMS/PostgreSQL/MySQL to support decision-making.

- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize processes within the iGaming domain.

- Create detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.

- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to resolve challenges and ensure project success.

Key Requirements :

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in web technologies like CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and PHP.

- Strong knowledge of databases, including RDBMS, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.

Methodologies :

- Solid understanding of Agile methodology and its application in project management.

- Experience with project management tools like Jira.

Domain Expertise :

- Comprehensive knowledge of the iGaming domain, including trends and best practices.
