Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laptop Technician to join our IT support team. As a Laptop Technician, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and performing initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve basic technical problems related to laptops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for IT-related issues, particularly those related to laptops.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently.
• Perform basic technical problem resolution, including initial diagnostics and troubleshooting for laptop malfunctions.
• Identify issues with laptop performance and provide solutions to improve functionality.
• Assist in the replacement of faulty laptop parts as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of technical issues and solutions provided.

Requirements and Skills:

• Basic knowledge of operating systems, specifically Windows.
• Familiarity with laptop hardware and software applications.
• Basic knowledge and experience in laptop part replacement (e.g., batteries, screens, keyboards, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and end-users.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
