Senior Game Producer

Job Requirement:

Roles & Responsibilities :

-Lead the end-to-end game development lifecycle, from pre-production to post-launch.

-Owns entire production process and ensures timely delivery of features at the highest quality.

-Proactively identify risks & blockers and develop solutions to mitigate them.

-Does rigorous retrospectives with clear action items to improve the teams performance

-Takes continuous feedback from all stakeholders and updates processes to improve velocity, product quality, and team health

-Mentor and grow a team of world-class producers by providing guidance, support, and career growth.

-Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and external stakeholders, such as publishers or licensors.

-Manage cross-disciplinary teams, including design, art, programming, audio, and QA.

REQUIREMENTS:

-6+ years of production experience in fast-paced B2C mobile products, preferably mobile games

-Demonstrate a high degree of ownership with outstanding communication and leadership skills

-Ability to dive deep and problem solve, but still maintain the strategic vision.

-Experience leading and growing a team of producers.
