Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Mason Meet / Contactor Meet / Architect & Engineers Meet
• Attending customer complaints and providing solutions
• Providing technical know how to end customer
• Site Supervision and Site Conversion

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience in Technical Support in cement or building materials industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
