2 Daily monitoring and issuance of Work Permit

3 Organize safety awareness session as per training plan

4 Maintain SHE document as per requirement

5 Contract safety management activity to maintained.

6 Fire system installation and maintenance as per standard

7 Carry out mock drills

8 Monitor fire system performance activity

9 Organize Safety Committee Meeting

10 To ensure all applicable legal norms related to fire shall be complied

11 Carry out internal plant inspections/audits

12 Carry out investigation of incident/accidents as per SOP

13 Monitor Fire extinguishers and Fire Hydrant system in good condition

14 Carry out Spot survey for PPE and permit compliance

15 Carry out calibration of safety equipment from competent agency

16 Compilation of BBS data
