Creative Lead

Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Hiring, developing, and inspiring the design team.
• Meet with clients to discuss design input and requirements whenever required.  
• Creating storyboards, mock-ups, and concept ideation for clients.
• Briefing the project outline and timelines to the team and ensuring deadlines are met.  
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop creatives backed by a strong concept 
• Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic.
• Work closely with content and other teams along with other designers to produce the final design - Test graphics across various media.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirement:

• Proven graphic designing experience.
• Ability to resolve complex design and communications into a digital platform. 
• A strong portfolio of creatives/videos in advertising or marketing agencies.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel draw, After effects and other video editing software, CAD Tools)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus.
• Experience of 3+ years
