Job Description
- To hire drivers for 2W and 3W vehicles based on the location provided by the team.
- Interacting with clients and Riders, answering questions, and resolving issues.
- Manages concerns of blue-collar guys and tries to resolve the issues escalated from clients.
- To follow up with the drivers (20-30) and report the drivers on time as per the clients requirements.
- To follow up the drivers and push the drivers to achieve the task assigned by the clients.
- Maintaining daily data of drivers reporting, orders taking, working hours.
- Maintain cash handling from the drivers and deposit to the companys account on a daily basis without fail.
- To maintain the assets allotted to the drivers who are assigned to the executives.

- Cluster manager will responsible for overseeing several customers and manage operations within the assigned location.
- Responsible for handling team, train them and to enable them to handle the ops effectively, monitor and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for assets assigned to him/her for the operations.
- Maintain day to day operational data and MIS
- Experience of at least 5 years in managing operations in hyper growth start-ups of FMCG, e-commerce, express logistics and last mile logistics.
- Experience in stakeholder management, Team management and customer relationship management.
- Experience in managing and training a team, involving knowledge of best practice, workflows and procedure for on ground teams.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment.
- Minimum graduation in any discipline.
