We are looking for a Estate manager for our site locations in Sikandrabad ( Greater Noida).

Location- Sikandrabad ( Greater Noida) in UP
Position- Estate Manager
Budget- upto 60K per month but open for right candidate.

1. Facility management of all existing and upcoming logistics park and offices of FWS group.
2. Facility management includes but not restricted to:
   a. Infrastructure maintenance including internal of the warehouse and external infrastructure of the parks at any given time.
   b. Security of the entire park including physical security, CCTVs camera, pilferages, trespassing, etc.
   c. Housekeeping of the entire park including external and internal of the warehouse.
   d. Maintenance of the Landscape area.
   e. Maintenance of the Electrical works including external, internal, panels, transformers, DG, etc.
   f. Maintenance of the Firefighting pumps, yard hydrants, sprinklers system, emergency alarm system, etc.
   g. Maintenance of Plumbing system including internal and external washrooms, storm water drainage, Rainwater harvesting pits, Septic Tanks, Sewage treatment plant (STP), etc.
   h. Internal of warehouse includes floor, roof, Firefighting doors, shutters, dock levelers, washrooms, louvers, insulation, Polycarbonate skylights, turbo ventilators, Gutters, walls, cladding, etc.
   i. External infrastructure includes roads, Fire Exit staircase, plinth protection, kerbstone, Security cabins, Park entrance gates, Boom Barriers, office, electrical room, pump room, Labour toilets and dining areas, etc.
3. MIS reporting as per the schedule fix with the management.
4. Share preventive maintenance of the logistics park and offices with estimates to management.
5. Day to day coordination with the local estate managers at the park.
6. Renewals of all approvals of the parks and up to date records for the same.
7. Visit local statutory bodies or government office for the renewals of the approvals.
8. Interaction with the Tenant warehouse manager and establish good relationship with them at ground level.
9. Day to day data entries in ERP implemented by organization for facility management and other related activities.
