• Check packaging of product and Allocation of batches as per planned.
• Attend customer complain & resolve issues.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Establish quality control processes for incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identifying all hazardous waste, hazard waste management and ensuring right disposal of the same
• Preparing Health, Safety & Environment plan and coordinating with Managers for executing the plan. Developing the companys Quality and training module.
• Meeting all safety standards and ensuring all documentation is made as performs.
• Train and mentor quality assurance staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and incorporate them into our processes.
