Experience: 0 to 1 YearsShift: Rotational shiftQualification: BSC, BCA, BE, MBA, MCA Job Description:As an Azure Intern, you will assist the cloud engineering team in managing and optimizing Azure-based solutions. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Azure services, learning cloud fundamentals, and supporting live projects. Learning and growth opportunities to enhance your cloud computing skills.Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing and configuring Azure services such as Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure Storage, and App Services. Help monitor and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure. Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues. Learn and apply Azure security and compliance best practices. Document processes and learnings as part of the project workflow. Requirements: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and Azure services. Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn new technologies and cloud-based solutions. Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, IT, or related fields. Roles & Responsibilities: Customer Support:Assist in providing technical support to customers using cloud services Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to cloud infrastructure Troubleshooting:Work closely with the support team to identify and resolve technical issues Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to cloud services and applications Documentation:Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for common issues Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations Communicate effectively with team members to resolve customer issues Technical Learning:Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of cloud technologies Learn about cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their respective services Automation:Gain exposure to automation tools and scripting languages used in cloud environments Assist in creating and maintaining scripts for routine tasks Customer Education:Assist in creating educational materials for customers, including knowledge base articles and tutorials Provide guidance to customers on best practices and optimal use of cloud services Project Support:Contribute to ongoing projects related to cloud infrastructure and support Work on specific assignments that align with your skills and interests Must have skills: AZ-900 or higher Certification or training.
